Deacons

Learn more about our deacons here:-

The deacons at Enoggera help the pastor with his work, help make recommendations and come up with ideas. They also help sift through ideas that people from the congregation has brought to them. The group of deacons, called the diaconate, hold the treasury and help set some general policies. The recommendations and policy decisions are then brought to the church meetings for the body to vote on


Christine Littlejohn

Chris is a proud mother and Grandmother, and is married to George. She has been a long standing member of Enoggera Baptist, she has served as deacon for at least 7 years. Chris also works in the church office.
Gordon Smith

Gordon works as an ambulance officer full time and on his house part time. He is a proud Grandfather and a leader of our Kidz Biz ministry. He has been a long standing member at Enoggera with his father also in membership.
Ian Stoodley

Ian works at the Baptist College of Ministries Library. He has taken some time in the past to do some cross-culture work and heads up the GIA-EBC ministry at EBC
Rodney Barker

Rodney has been a very long standing Deacon at EBC, with at least 2 six year stints. He comes back to the diaconate in 2004 after a year off. Currently he is the Administration Area leader and EBC treasurer.
